Aslıhan Kaya graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration in English and completed the Mini MBA Program at Yıldız Technical University. She has developed her competencies by receiving various trainings in the field of Human Resources. She has 7 years of experience in improving, managing, implementing and maintaining processes in all functions of the Human Resources department.
Since February 2017, she has been working as a Human Resources professional within Inavitas Group companies and has been working as Human Resources Manager for the last 4 years. In addition to being a licensed volleyball player in the past, she is still interested in volleyball and court tennis as an amateur.
