Bilge Dinçer was born in Eskişehir. She received his BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Gazi University. She has 12 years of experience in improving and managing corporate processes, implementing and maintaining management systems in the manufacturing,
defense, IT and hospital management software sectors. She has been working on the improvement of corporate processes of Inavitas since May 2022. She is married and has one child. She likes to be in nature, visiting historical places and camping with her family.
