ÇİĞDEM DİLEK
Çiğdem Dilek was born in Şanlıurfa in 1977. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. She studied European Union Law at the London School of Economics in London and completed her master's program at the Department of Economic Law at the Institute of Social Sciences at Başkent University.
Starting her professional career as a lawyer, Dilek works in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, capital markets law, banking and finance law, and administrative law, with a focus on energy law. She is fluent in English and has represented numerous domestic and foreign companies and public institutions as a lawyer.
She is the Founding President of the Energy Law Commission of the Ankara Bar Association No. 1 and a Founding Member of the Board of Directors of the Ankara Bar Association No. 2. She is also the Founding President of the Solar Energy Investors Association (GÜYAD),
and serves as the Chair of the Ethics Committee of the Solar Energy Manufacturers and Industry Association (GÜNDER).
Dilek served as an Independent Board Member at Atakule Real Estate Investment Partnership Inc. between 2015 and 2021.
She currently continues to serve as a Board Member at Naturel Renewable Energy Inc., Margün Energy Production Industry and Trade Inc., Esenboğa Electricity Production Inc., and Alfa Solar Energy Industry and Trade Inc.
Çiğdem Dilek is a founding attorney at CLA Partners Law Firm and continues to practice law independently with her legal team.
