MUHAMMET NURULLAH ERDOĞAN
Nurullah Erdoğan was born in Istanbul in 1972. He graduated from Yıldız Technical University's Industrial Engineering Department in 1999. He began his career at Kent Yatırım in 1996 and continued at Deniz Yatırım, which he joined in 1999. He served as Deputy General Manager in charge of Corporate Finance from 2011 to 2024.
Throughout his capital markets career, he has led the initial public offerings of 25 companies worth approximately $1.6 billion. In addition, he has played an active role in companies' debt issuance, privatization processes, and capital market transactions.
With 29 years of experience in capital market transactions, public offerings, financial restructuring, and corporate finance strategies, Nurullah Erdoğan has been working as a consultant since 2024.
