SELCEN SAYGILI
Graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2012, she furthered her studies through a master’s program at the same institution. During the 2014-2015 academic year, she participated in a student exchange program at Freiburg Albert Ludwigs University in Germany, gaining valuable international exposure and completing internships in German law firms with a focus on contracts and international trade.
With over a decade of experience providing legal counsel to both Turkish and international companies, she specializes in Commercial and Corporate Law as well as Contract Law.
Throughout her career, she has guided domestic and foreign joint-venture companies, funds, publicly and privately held corporations in managing contract processes, corporate structuring, and has successfully overseen numerous mergers and acquisitions from planning to execution.
Since 2024, she has been serving as Contract Manager at inavitas, bringing her expertise and strategic insight to support the company’s legal operations and corporate governance.
