The Energy Efficient Communities Program will assist businesses and community organisations to improve energy efficiency practices and technologies and better manage energy consumption to reduce their power bills. Each business can get from $5k to $20k for their energy efficiency project.
From installing LED lighting to upgrading heating and cooling systems, businesses can implement a range of strategies to lower their energy footprint and at the same time improve property value and reduce operating costs.

Applications are open now and will be closed very shortly on 26th of August, 2020. Grants are to be approved taking into account submission time and date and distribution across federal electoral divisions. So, the earlier you apply the higher chance of approval your project will have.
