At Inavitas, we are committed to conducting all our activities in accordance with the principles of integrity, transparency, accountability, impartiality, confidentiality, protection of personal data, respect for human rights, a fair working environment, compliance with competition laws, and zero tolerance for bribery and corruption.

The Ethics Hotline has been established to enable our employees, suppliers, business partners, customers, and all other stakeholders to securely report situations they believe may be inconsistent with our ethical principles, company policies, or applicable laws and regulations.

Reports submitted through the Ethics Hotline may relate to, but are not limited to, bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, abuse of authority, improper personal benefit, misuse of confidential information or personal data, discrimination, harassment, mobbing, occupational health and safety violations, anti-competitive practices, human rights and labor-related violations, or any other conduct inconsistent with the Inavitas Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Policy.

Reports may be submitted anonymously or by providing your identity. Inavitas is committed to handling all reports made in good faith with confidentiality, impartiality, integrity, and within a reasonable timeframe. Unless disclosure is required by law, the identity of the reporting person will be protected and shared only with individuals who have a legitimate need to know during the review process.

No employee or stakeholder who, in good faith, submits a report, participates in an investigation, or provides information shall be subjected to retaliation, threats, discrimination, exclusion, reassignment, or any other adverse treatment. Any form of retaliation is itself considered an ethical violation and will be addressed accordingly.

To facilitate an effective review, reports should include clear, factual, and sufficiently detailed information whenever possible, such as what occurred, when and where the incident took place, who was involved, and any supporting documents or evidence. Knowingly submitting false, malicious, or defamatory reports constitutes an ethical violation.

All reports received through the Ethics Hotline are reviewed by the Inavitas Ethics Committee in accordance with the principles of confidentiality and impartiality. Where necessary, corrective and preventive actions will be implemented. Depending on the nature and severity of the matter, actions may include disciplinary measures, process improvements, training, strengthening of internal controls, termination of contractual relationships, or notification to the relevant authorities, where required by applicable law.
